My name is Melissa . I traveled from colorado springs to pagosa springs Last night to take my granddaughter's skiing. We left the Springs and never shut off our car Tell we arrived in pagosa. As soon as I shut off at the engine a message displayed key not detective. Went to get it out of my purse and I was unable to locate. Most likely Somewhere in route At a shop along the way it was lost Onstar said the dealership is the only way to get a fob And my car would have to be towed to durango Which is one hour away and No car rentals except in Durango. So I would have to uber or get a taxi to the dealership which doesn't open until monday We call the rural colorado locksmith around 11:00 pm within 15 minutes Andrew and Tyler drove from Denver to pagosa springs and arrived at 5am in the morning because they knew the urgency with a with a handicap person and vehicle not to mention the plans for skiing in the morning @8:00am it snowed on wolf creek pass during the night, so the weather conditions were not the best but theis two gentlemen knew me and my sister were with 2 grandbabies and my handicap mother so they said they would leave immediately and get me a new fob made. In less then an hour we were in my vehicle with a new fob . What a blessing these two were to 5 women traveling 5 hours from home.
